call them and they responded within 4 hrs. the job was well done at the time... within 24 to 48 hrs the garage door was not sitting properly. call them back and the same person came within 4 hrs. after looking at it and trying to stabalize the door i was advised that was the best they could do. so now i am out 159 dollars and i must call call another company to come and fix what inoa screwed up. the gap between the door and the the floor is now almost two inches. great job.

André arrived as scheduled, provided me with options, and then proceded to install the new motor. The work was done efficiently. He did forget to provide me with a copy of the invoice, but he called the next morning to let me know he would drop it off.
