Competent company, with lots of Ideas, but prone to procrastination and completely unaccountable for their work. Hired them for a 2 week septic field install in October. It's August, and they refer to showing up on my property as a "favour".

The problems have been many: main pipe freezing solid as it was left uncovered during a cold snap. Emergency repair that leaked left in place for 7 months. Stopping work for the season due to "equipment breakage" only to see same machine working on nearby property about a month later.

This is the most aggravating company I've ever dealt with.
