I just want to say a big thank you to Present-Day Contracting for the awesome renovation they did for my bathroom. Definitely will recommend them to my friends who might be concerned about their upcoming renovation plans.

Andrew of Present Day Contracting is fast and friendly. We live in a condo building, our sink was backed up, Andrew fixed the problem without any issues. He replaced our sink faucet at a later date in about 10 minutes. We really appreciate his work, information, and speed of service.

I had a leak that cause some damage, and present day came in to do the repairs.

Both my condo office and insurance company were difficult to work with (the delays were so frustrating); Andrew came in and was the only person in my claims process that actually helped me get back to normal.

Present_Day contracting did an amazing job at my house. Our basement got flooded and Andrew and his team helped us with the rebuild. The insurance people recommended them, so we hired them. Andrew inspected the area and discovered an additional problem. Foundation leak. They fixed the foundation and finished the basement. What did we like about Present-Day Contracting? They really took time in the beginning to explain the process and materials they will use. To us, it was helpful because we never did any renovations before. They also gave us different options to choose from and offered an interior designer. The basement is dry and perfectly finished. I will hire them to do my kitchen in 5 months.

With GTA's red hot booming property market, it is a challenge to find a reliable and responsible general contractor willing to take on a medium sized renovation project. In our case, it took us 4 months to find a general contractor. Andrew Bugiel took on our project at a reasonable fee and timeline. Renovation of our ground floor included the kitchen, family room, living room and dining room, and to move our laundry room to the basement.

We provided Andrew with the designs and specifications prepared for us by the design company. Andrew understood the project scope, actively sought clarification and offered his professional opinion and recommendations where modifications were required. Andrew and his team showed up early everyday to complete the daily tasks according to plan.

Andrew would only use the best specialty sub-trade to execute the work not done by his team. The entire project was finished within the agreed timeline with no delays. We got admiration and high praises from friends and families when they saw the completed renovation.

Andrew was honourable and completed our renovations at the agreed price. For the additional work and modifications, the extra charge for both labour and materials were explained to us ahead of time.
