The companys operation is very effective and efficient. Tim and Bonnie are a great team; one person handles the communication (drawings, materials, and etc.), while the other manages the team; monitors progress and quality control.

Our basement was a complete gut! Now it has been transformed into a modern and updated basement.

Their workers may talk loud at times, but they are fast and efficient; from demo to completion, it was approximately three weeks (minus odds and ends). If anyone is looking to have anything done around their house, this company is who you are looking for.

My review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure I left a review for Bonnie and Tim. We worked with them to renovate our basement, windows & doors, and our master bathroom. They are a knowledgeable team whose always finding solutions when a problem comes their way during the project. They did such an amazing job, our whole house looks modern and beautiful. Even after the project was completed Bonnie has always been available to answer questions.

I can't say enough about Tim, his team and Bonnie (PM). They are the best at what they do. Fast and efficient. They delivered on time without compromising quality of work.

I got my whole main floor renovated and re-arranged the whole entire layout during COVID. They helped me through the process of getting drawings and permits approved by the city in a timely fashion. Bonnie the PM also listened to all my design ideas and provided me 3D drawings, layout plans and provided me samples of finishes during COVID. She did all the shopping for me which was a huge plus for my busy work schedule.

I highly recommend Tim and his team because they will not disappoint and you will definately get what you paid for. NO ripping you off, Honest people, Honest service.
