When our fridge gave up, we contacted this company through Homestars. They called us back the same day, a Sunday, and arranged to come out the next day. Urick arrived as promised, identified the problem in a couple of minutes and ordered the needed part. He returned on the next day, Tuesday, and made the repair. Friendly, prompt and extremely qualified. You can't go wrong with this company. They are excellent. Thank you.

Very pleasant technician, came in the allotted time frame (which from my experience is definitely not always the case) and explained everything very openly about my washing machine. Said that nothing was wrong with the machine but gave me a few suggestions to not overload it anymore. Just took the service fee for payment and nothing more. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!

Oven stopped working just as Christmas baking started. Sergei quickly assessed and explained the problem and was able to fix a 40+ year old oven even though the model number was unreadable. He was back within a day with an apprentice. Both were polite, informative, and hard working.

When our fridge/freezer broke down and wasn’t cooling any more I called several appliance repair firms in the evening. Capital Appliance Repair called back right away (I am still waiting for other firms to call back). Sergei came the next morning, as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, came back with the part by noon and fixed the fridge/freezer. Bravo to a job well done.

Fridge lost cooling; not freezer. Called Capital Appliance and technician arrived that evening. Call to another service provider would have me wait 5 d's for someone to show up. Capital service tech diagnosed problem, ordered part and installed within 2 d's.

We called capital appliance repair based on our previous experience with this company. They provide a service exactly as it should be done. The person answering the phone committed to a 2 hour time slot during which the repairman would arrive. He arrived on time, examined the machine, and it needed a new motor He came back with this when he said he would, on a Saturday, and fixed the machine. He was pleasant. a neat worker, explained clearly what he needed to do and was thoroughly professional.

The plastic hinges on the bottom mount freezer door handle on our Samsung french door refrigerator failed causing the handle to come off. The technician found the correct replacement parts and ordered them and replaced them.

Autur from the company really knows his trade. We had a problem with our old refrigerator. He came on time and found out the problem right away. He ordered the parts on the spot and promised to come back as soon as the part arrived.

Alex was great . Didn’t push a repair that was more than a new one. This website asks for too much info for a place that asks people to take their time

This was my first-time using Capital Appliance Repair and they will definitely be my first to reach out to for any future appliance repair or maintenance issue I have. ALL the members of the team I dealt with were professional and pleasant, the ladies I spoke to when I called, and the technicians who were over to do the work. Technicians were punctual and committed to resolving my issue. We had a number of unexpected things that surfaced in the repair of my wall oven requiring additional work including trips and exchange in parts that were ordered however the final price was as provided on the estimate. My highest recommendation to this team!
