Pavlo came over to fix our fridge, and he worked very hard to help us out.
unfortunately our fridge was beyond repair, we are grateful for his honesty and integrity.

We contacted a few appliance repair companies offering same day appliance repair. Capital Appliance Repair was fast to set-up a service call to diagnose the problem with our Whirlpool Cabrio washer. When we decided to proceed and the part arrived, a repair appointment was quick to follow. Our technician, Uri, was punctual, professional, and courteous during both visits. Based on this experience, we would highly recommend the company for your appliance repairs.

Pavlo was excellent. He was responsive and accommodating, even coming on a Saturday (twice) so that my partner and I did not have to miss work. He was knowledgeable and honest, and of course, very capable. Our washing machine is running like new again. I will definitively use Pavlo and Capital Appliance Repair again in the future

My dishwasher wasn't draining properly so I contacted Capital Appliance Repair after reading all their positive online reviews. They did not disappoint. They scheduled an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it for a fair price. I won't hesitate to contact them again if I need future appliance repairs. Highly recommend.

Capital's technician was available earlier than promised so he called to see if we were available. He entered our home, asked a few appropriate questions in order to aid in his diagnosis and immediately got to work.
He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and was equally as quick to make the required repair complete with a full explanation. He kept a clean and neat work area and left no debris upon completion of his repair.
While settling the payment for his repair he offered suggestions on a replacement refrigerator if/when the need arises. He made recommendations on what to look for coupled with what to avoid.
I have spent a good number of years in my career doing residential service work and I was impressed with this organization and its personnel from beginning to end of my repair. I would definitely recommend Capital Appliance.
I only gave a 9 out of 10 rating...well...because nobody gets 10/10.

Old maytag washer broke, would not start. Service was great, replaced switch and fixed washer very happy with Yuri. Also noticed lid was loose and would stop machine if shifted around so fixed that as well.

Needed a quick repair on a dishwasher. Technician arrived when they said he would and he was very pleasant and professional. Repair was completed and dishwasher works like a charm, highly recommend this company for appliance repairs. Will be using them again.

Arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, performed a through cleaning of our dryer, took great care in moving it back into position and recommended a solution to our problem.

Wow my dryer died ... called Capital and they had me an appointment that day. The repair man was a gut named Rony and he was very professional and explained everything to me. He had to come back because he he had to order a part and when the part came in a few days later they came out right away and fixed it. The wavered the fee to come out to look at it as I got them to do the service. It was the same guy Rony and he cleaned up and had a ATM machine making it easy to pay with my debit card. Thanks !!!!!!!
