Called to have a heavy, bulky sectional moved from the main floor to the basement. They came same day and bad the job done within 15 minutes. Would use them again! Polite and punctual.

Had Movers4You move a couple of pieces of furniture for me. Because of traffic issues, the move was late but despite this slight hitch, things moved forward smoothly. The young men doing the move were professional and conscientious. I was charged as promised for only the time from pickup to delivery, no padding of costs at all. The cost was exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend Movers4You!

I hired movers 4 you to move my furniture in a storage unit. The movers came on time, were fast, professional & efficient. Communication with office was very easy and accommodating. They were polite and answered all my questions. Transaction was easy and price was reasonable. I highly recommend.

We booked the movers one month ago and confirmed with them many times to make sure everything is fine. The person named Sam talked to us even the day of our move. The movers were supposed to come at 3 pm but when we called them they said 5, 5:30 and around 6 pm they cancelled on us. It's a family of 3 little kids packed everything from morning ready to move. Sam gave us the number of another person from Hamilton at 6 pm and said he will come and help. But nobody came !! No apologies or any compassion !! You guys don't have to treat us as special customers but we all deserve to be treated as mere humans !! Very unethical, inhumane and unprofessional behaviour. If anyone looking to book them please reconsider because this people don't care !! I work for customer care and I know how much we go above and beyond to make someone smile at the end of the day. I don't know why people treat each other like this !! Please please don't book these people. It's a request to all !! Thank you.

I don't recommend this movers because they did not care for my stuff at all. My moving was bet 2-5 pm and I have booked an elevator for 4 hours. They came at 4 pm and at 7 pm told me that we cannot move remaining items because we have to do unloading and then to go to brampton. They moved only 80% of the stuff and remaining 20% I had to do it by myself even though I had a back pain. They asked me more money to move the remaining 20% next day and it was around $400. This is totally unprofessional and unethical. In addition, at the end of the trip they damaged the parking sign of City and the City gave me big ticket. Look at the picture provided in the attachment for the broken parking sign.

Do not hire these guys. They will charge more at the end of trip.

This company saved our move! Hardworking, reliable staff came through for a large job when another company cancelled in the last minute. Thank you x million, couldn’t have done it without you.

Very bad experience. Movers didn't bring any proper tools, bumped my furniture. Didn't disassemble furniture properly and left everything unassembled. all my dishes were broken and a lot of extra time was taken for the move. They didn't bring their own masks and didn't wear them throughout the move. Will not recommend to anyone else.

Movers4you were professional, careful and efficient with my move. The movers followed the instructions requested really well, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services. Kudos to them!!
