Sammer and his crew were excellent, courteous, friendly and informative. These guys know what they are doing and it's obvious. Just stand back and let them do their job. They fit new doors windows and did a great job. The customer service and sales staff are supportive and helpful all the way. Thanks guys will have you back for more work in the future.

We need to replace the windows of our basement. We called Sammer and he came by . He was very knowledgeable. He negotiated with us which was helpful and we agreed on a price within our budget. The windows were installed half a month before we had expected them. The installers were very fast. It only took about an hour for 2 windows. Would hire again for next project. Thanks a lot.

Amazing company! Gennady is unbelievably professional and knowledgeable. Very open conversation during presentation. What is even more important he is always reachable. This was especially important for me during the difficult pandemic time when every manufacturer was overloaded with orders. Gennady was 100% punctual - 8 windows were on the day arranged 3 months before. All installers were polite, professional and did very good job. And cleaned every foot of the house where they've worked. The cherry on top of it - Ivory Windows gave me best price on the market. Closest competitor, who actually buys windows from the same factory was 20% more expensive. Highly recommend this company! Just ordered patio door from Ivory Windows. :)

He installed a patio door that I bought on my own and needed to remove the old on and install the new. The older one was thicker, and taller than the new and he made it all work and made the transition seemless!!
