Great service from Michael and, after four seasons, can say great windows so far (1 half casement, 1 full casement, 1 half awning and 1 fixed). Michael was very patient in addressing all our questions and concerns before we committed to buy from him. On the ground-level fixed basement window, they had to replace the wood framing, which was rotting and allowing water through to the interior. After the installers (always the weakest link in any window job) did a sloppy caulking job on one window, I told Michael and someone came out right away and did a much cleaner and better seal. After a winter, spring and well into summer, the windows are working well!

Michael and his team are just Great. I saw them in action working on numerous houses on a street nearby, so I asked for their contact info.
I interviewed 7 Reputable companies before deciding on Amica.
Michael gave me the best walkthrough, best advice on types of doors and windows, coatings, hardware, framing, installation process, etc.
My front and back door Close now! The Windows are definitely more soundproof than Ever and going from 3 panes of glass down to 2 makes the View so much more beautiful, not looking at all that white vinyl.
There was no hard sell, no gimics or flash sale kind of stuff, just great advice and direction.

My house was in desperate need of new windows and Amica was one of the companies who replied to my inquiry. Michael came by to look at our windows, explain the process and discuss all of our different options.

Michael was really personable, took his time to explain everything and provide all the options. He wasn't pushy and really sold the company for us. Given his interaction with us we decided to go with Amica. He was always available for questions via text or phone call.

The install was pretty hectic given the amount of windows and doors we had to do but the team did a good job. There were a few minor issues but Michael made sure to address each and every one of them. There were a few things I would have liked to know before the install but I provided the feedback and I am sure it will be noted for future clients.

The windows are great and the triple pane are performing well. We will have to see how it goes over the winter next year as we are at the end now but I imagine it will be great. At least I will have peace of mind about the lifetime warranty.

I've been looking to get my front door, sliding door, and 7 of my windows in the house replaced. I gathered about 7 quotes before deciding to give Michael and his team at Amica Windows and Doors my business and I am so glad I did! Michael was very thorough in his explanations in what would be changed and how it would look and was always available for me to be in contact with him regarding matters with windows, doors and the rebate program as well.

Michael knew exactly what needed to be done considering the age of my home that other businesses did not pick up on and build into their quotes. His price was not the cheapest amongst all my quotes nor the most expensive but considering that he knew that I had an order double brick home just be looking at the brick work, his quote built in costs that would have come up with other companies once they started the job.

His installation team was always on time, very professional and polite, and left the job site very clean. They even finished the job through the beginning of a snow storm!

We're loving the doors and windows that were installed, noticed a huge difference in comfort and draft being reduced in the house and almost every person who came over complimented how much the windows and doors we got improved the overall comfort and look of the home.
