This was especially important for me during the difficult pandemic time when every manufacturer was overloaded with orders. Gennady was 100% punctual - 8 windows were on the day arranged 3 months before. All installers were polite, professional and did very good job. And cleaned every foot of the house where they've worked. The cherry on top of it - Ivory Windows gave me best price on the market.
