I was looking in the internet for someone to look of my garage door opener , the add of this company was looks good , they mention they will charge 29 dollar to come and about 90 to repair , the guy came in and in few second he told me the engine to be change and ask to pay 90 dollar !!!
my question is this : why is the mention of 29 dollar then ? is it to say hi !!!

Came at a time convenient for us, work done within 1/2 hour, we followed through on a few repairs that he suggested as we could see some parts needed to be replaced due to rust, pleasant to deal with.

Had a problem with very noisy, wobbling door and old garage door opener. Was thinking that that all has to be completely changed. Called liftime and got very HONEST review of what had to be done and very fair quote. Michael came the next day, professionally fixed everything, reinforced the door and even went beyond by enforcing the motor bracings and readjusting the motor. I just had to come home and enjoy like-brand new door without paying thousand+ for a new one.

Searched online Google reviews and homestars reviews. And look's like the Best rated company was " Liftime ".
Called to schaldule the appointment , same day service unbelievable.
Michael came in later that day installed 2 fancy openers for me , he was quick to respond and very professional and kind attitude.

My wife called Liftime to fix our garage based on positive online reviews. Michael came by a few days later to assess our broken extension spring and recommended that we install a new, safer torsion system.

I don't normally like to be upsold but think that the conversion made sense for several reasons, including cost and timeframes for installment.

Michael set to work right away and, despite some challenges in getting the new system to fit in a tight space, managed to adapt the system to our garage and have it all installed in less than 3 hours. He worked quite hard in the cold and wouldn't take anything but tea during that time.

We've now had the system in place for a few weeks and are pleased with how it is working; the workmanship and attention to detail are good. I felt that Michael was honest, professional, quick and hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend Michael and his company based on my experience.

Michael spent a lot of time working on the adjustment as our garage floor is very uneven. He also added a hose to lessen the gap between floor and seal. His work is first rate and I will certainly call on his services when I need them again.
