Horrible experience from start to finish. One of the biggest regrets of my life going with Kevin. He was dishonest to us my doors are damaged the installation was garbage and I have to call another company to fix it

Lack of professional attitude. Poor Expertise. Lack of skills for the job. Pathegic after the sale back up support. Don't show up on time per the commitments. Could not fix the garage door, left a mess but never returned to fix it. Made several commitments but did not show up to fix the mess he created. Strongly Not recommended.

Kevin replaced my garage door recently. He showed zero commitment to me as customer. Very poor communication. Rude and aggressive at work and over the phone. He Demanded for full payment without letting me off work and deliver his job. I paid over 90% via deposit and e-transfer and told him let me see the job and pay him the balance. He hang up on me and deactivated door. I had the door for almost two weeks until he came and hooked the cables and made door functional. He still owes me to put the door operator chain back as he charged me for that service. Keep ignoring me every single day by saying yes I will cone over and install the chain and ni show-up at the end of the day. I highly recommend not going with this guy unless you are willing to experience a high level of hassles .

Kevin was great - replied to my inquiry quickly and even came the same day to fix a broken spring in my garage door. Price was reasonable and he was efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

Kevin did not install our Garage doors properly, the door is now damaged with huge grease marks all over. Our 1 year old door looks 15 years old. Poor installation from the beginning, when we call to ask for it to be repaired- he expects to be paid thats when & if he even responds to our texts. Poor communication all along says hell be there then doesnt show up. We made the mistake of trying to support a small local Whitby business!!

We are so happy we choose to support a small local business and got Kevin to install our 3 Garage doors last winter. His integrity came through once again today when he came to fix/adjust a small cable issue with one of the doors. He was easy to contact and quick to respond. I highly recommend his Enterprise Garage Door business!

Kevin did a great Job replacing my old crooked garage door. New garage is sealed airtight with new railings, seals and springs. Fast 3hr install.
