Horrible customer services. I bought 4 Bunny chairs on November 19th, 2018, and we went to pick it up to Montreal showroom on December 8, 2018 and we received a box with ONLY 2 chairs. And they didn’t even warn us about that. When we came home and unpacked the chairs, we notice that one of them is damaged. On January 4th, 2019 we received our remaining 2 chairs and 1 replacement for damaged chair, the driver didn’t call us before delivering and refused to pick up the damaged chair. Even though we received our chairs they were damaged as well in the same places, because of poor packing quality. Wazo furniture customer services offered us replacements for damaged chairs and they have told us they will deliver on the second week of February, unfortunately we received them on the third week of March. There were 2 boxes with 3 chairs, all 3 of them were different size and thinner than the chairs that we already have. So now we have batch of different chairs around our dinning table. We’re not going to bother ourselves by calling them again and asking to change the chairs, it’s not worth it, because we already are tired calling them for the past 3 months. We’re just very upset and won’t order anything from them again. Save your time and money by avoiding Wazo furniture in Montreal.
