I'm always a bit nervous hiring someone from a website, but I needed help with a couple of TVs and Alex said he could come the next day. He was awesome, gave fair quotes for extra work and did a professional job.

He helped with purchasing some equipment (cheaper than we could find) and with any aspect of installation.
He fished cables through the walls for all in-wall speakers, including 4 Atmos speakers in the ceiling. The installation of the ceiling projector and screen was impeccable too.
He was very professional, had a great attitude and worked without wasting any time.

Because of Alex's glowing reviews online, I chose him to solve my TV/sound system problems. He promised the world. Told me that he would treat me like the grandmother he loved. When he finished the work, I gave him a working wall-mount TV I couldn't use anymore. But the brand-new system Alex installed didn't work from day one. When I called him he told me he couldn't diagnose the problem over the phone and would have to make a house call. That would start at $150 plus time spent. Nearly two years later the problem persists. I hardly watch that TV. When I turn it on, it comes on and then ten seconds later it cuts out. Not always. Sometimes it stays on. Tonight, when I wanted to watch the Academy Awards, it wouldn't stay on. Turned off, it periodically the audio came on and off, without being turned on. Alex was rude on the phone the one or two subsequent times when I called asking for guidance. More than three thousand dollars later I didn't solve my problem. I still can't watch that TV. I hope Alex will read this review and think about his moral obligation to stand behind his work and make this right.

Amazing service and set up, personable and professional installer. Alex is a super good guy. 690 included wall bracket, 4 cables, universal remote with 4 cables and home theatre hook up to an older receiver that took more work. I would highly recommend this company. And he programmed the universal remote. 12 years of experience really showed! It took about 3 hours great value.

Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided input based on his experience as to best positioning. Once tvs were mounted he took the time to set up the tv and ensured the remotes were working. And he showed us some special features and how to easily access them. He was a live youtube tutorial. He was respectable and cleaned up and ensured no damage occurred.
