Alex was great. He knew not only mounting inside and out, but had a wealth of knowledge around televisions generally. He did a great job getting the tv up, and even helped me put my old tv away. Cool, funny guy too. Pricing was more than fair. Highly, highly recommend!

Alex was very accommodating and was able to do it even sooner than I'd expected. He arrived on time and was able to save me some more than fifty dollars on the wall mount. He also helped set up some of the smart features on the TV. Nice fellow, got the job done accurately and without leaving a mess.

Alex is superb. Answered phone immediately, quoted a fair price and stuck to it. Arrived on time and sorted out all our problems (mix of old and new systems etc) quickly and cleanly. He has extra parts leads etc in his truck if needed - and explains why you need them and how much and gives you as many options as possible. So good that we asked him to come back and do another room - same experience as before. We recommend him very highly and wouldn’t go to anyone else now.

Alex was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. The TV mount was installed into brick, works perfectly and neatly hides all wires behind the TV. Alex also reviewed our TV setting and made suggested updates to further enhance sound and picture quality. Overall I would highly recommend the installation services provided.

We purchased two TVs from Best Buy. Existing TVs needed to be dismounted from existing wall mounts and new wall mounts had to be installed for the new TVs. Not knowing whom to call, we performed a Google search and found Setup Team. The service was beyond compare. Not only was Alex able to see us in a timely fashion, he meticulously removed the old wall mounts; installed the new ones; disposed of unnecessary wiring from the old installation; explained everything to us in meticulous detail; left both areas immaculate upon completion; and even showed us some of the features of our new TVs and showed us software apps we could use that were compatible with our new TVs. Service was flawless, punctual, friendly and top notch. You don't get customer service like this anymore...unless you use Setup Team!
