I heard some noise coming from the attic. I searched Youtube for the sound and it sounded like mice, rats etc, so I decided to contact a contractor to help me resolve an issue.
I researched for 1 week to find the best contractor. (money, ratings, customer service, integrity etc)
I am very happy with my choice.
He came on time as he promised between 10-11am on a Saturday.
Kept good contact on the phone via text to make sure he was on time.
He went into the attic, and addressed all my concerns.
I lucked out, there was no issue with any rodents, it was just a attic fan vent making a noise. However, some people actually do have problems with rats/mice and other nocturnal animals.. and this contractor is the man for the job.
so, I highly recommend him for his customer service, knowledge, and integrity.

Gancy came to our house and did a thorough inspection. He laid bait and gave us instructions to seal up the openings around the kitchen pipes. He came back a second time to check something we were concerned about and reassured us that things were good. We appreciate Gancy's professionalism and expertise.

We had a problem with wasps nesting above our sliding door. We had already tried using One-Shot ourselves, but to no effect. Gancy came and sprayed, making sure to tell us to call back if the wasps weren't completely gone. After a day or so the wasps were still around so we called back. Gancy returned during the next day and to do a more aggressive job. After the return visit, for a day or so we saw wasps trying and failing to get back into the old nest. Problem solved. We found Gancy fast, friendly and responsive, and we would call him again.

We became aware of a rodent in the house (blech!) and now it is gone. So the solution offered for this problem by Pest-Zone Pest Control was perfect. Thank you. Much appreciated.

When I called another company we have a program with they could not come out for over a week. When you have pests you want them dealt with immediately. I am so happy we found Pest-Zone.
