I called Gancy to discuss an ongoing issue coming from the basement drain. He promptly came to investigate the problem and reassured us that the issue was taken care of and applied some product to help reduce the lingering smell.
I appreciated many things about Gancy. His professionalism, expertise and also his ability to reassure me about the situation. I felt confident in his advice and trusted his expertise. I also sincerely appreciated the advice Gancy gave - he didn't try to push uneeded work or costly services. Instead, he provided exceptional advice that was honest and effective.

Your issue already taken care before we reach there. Only some smell issue was there and for that it require to deodorizer to eliminate it.
