Pest Zone Pest Control

After seeing the 2nd mouse in just over a week, I knew I needed help. After getting a recommendation for Pest Zone, I looked them up on Homestars and saw all positive reviews so I sent a message on a Sunday. Gancy replied right away and made an appointment for Monday. He was prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. He found their entry point very quickly. It has only been 2 days so I can’t yet comment on the effectiveness, but I have confidence I will be mouse free!

The hornet nest was removed efficiently and with great care. Extremely fast response from Pest Zone. I contacted them Wednesday evening and he was at my house by noon the next day!

I noticed that a wasp's nest was developing at the corner of my backdoor patio entrance on a Friday. That Sunday I was hosting a barbecue so I found Pest Zone via Homestars and gave them a call.

Less that 15 minutes later, I received a callback from Gancy and we discussed the situation. He indicated to me that he would be able to drop by and extract the nest the next morning (Sunday).

True to his word, he arrived Sunday morning and extracted the nest and applied a preventive coating and provided me with a 6 month guarantee that no other nests would form after treatment. I was very satisfied with his service.

Upon leaving, Gancy indicated that he doesn't normally work Sundays however he thoughtfully made an exception in my case which I was very appreciative of.

I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if needed and would recommend him highly.

Gancy came to help us with a housefly issue. I was also convinced we had mice as I found what I thought were droppings. Gancy was honest and told me they were actually insects. He was very efficient and I liked that he listened to what I had to say.

Kudos, very calm guy, who helped and educated me on the bugs. In addition, gave me a package to get rid of spiders and centipede along with carpenter ants. Very satisfied with their service and hands down would contact them for any pest control related issue...

Unfortunately, I required Gancy's help to deal with Cluster flies, wasps, ants and again he was great! Hoping that I finally don't need them:)

Gancy did an amazing job getting rid of carpenter ants. We live on a ravine and what feels like the middle of the woods so he had his work cut our for him. He is also EXTREMELY conscientious about punctuality and doing EXACTLY what he says he's going to do. I actually recommended him to someone else WHILE he was at my house doing the job. So yeah, this guy.

It has been almost 2 months and we have seen no evidence of additional mice. The service came with a 6 month warrantee, which we believe shows that Gancy stands behind his work.
