Gancy was excellent. He was prompt and explained the entire process with expected results. He was very passionate and knowledgeable on the topic of rodents which was very helpful. He went around the property and indicated places the mice could enter. He suggested things for us to be mindful of and tips to follow to not further attract any more to the property. He indicated that we should be rid of them within 6 months, if not before and within 2-1/2 months we weren't seeing any more running around or leaving any tell tale signs that they were here. We hired a company prior to Gancy and for the 6 months prior nothing was explained and we didn't see any positive results. I am very happy with Gancy and have already recommended him to 2 friends that were also having issues with rodents.

We found some unwanted visitors under our deck (rats). I filled out an online request for service expecting to wait for days for a reply. I was pleasantly surprised to get an almost immediate reply. The great technician said he was in the area and could come over the same day!!
We have dogs and were concerned if they could get at the poison. The technician thoroughly explained the treatment and usual cause of our problem. He showed us the pet-proof bait station and eased our concerns.

Fantastic Service and Great Customer Experience. I noticed that there was some sort of insects that were creating nests near my roof and the nests were getting bigger. Contacted PestZone, received a super quick return call and was advised that they would be at my house the next day to take care of my issue. PestZone came exactly when stated (this is of course a Friday afternoon during a long weekend) and assessed the situation. They stated that there was no need to be worried as the insects were non aggressive and I could easily knock down the nests myself without having to spray or incur any charge!

We recently moved into a new house this winter and discovered there were yellow flies in the house. Not know what they were, we did some research and were horrified to find out that they were clothing moths. After trying to get rid of the moths through natural ways, with no luck, we knew we had to call a professional. In came Pest Zone Pest Control. Gancy was very knowledgable and took the time to explain what kind of moths they were. He was even able to identify that the moths were from the previous owner and got rid of the moths. GANCY GANCY GANCY. HE DOESN'T NEED TO BE FANCY, HE JUST ANSWERS YOUR REQUEST PROMPTLY AND SHOWS UP ASAP AND GETS THE JOB DONE.

MY WIFE AND I WERE DECIDING BETWEEN PEST CONTROL ORG'S AND AFTER THE OWNER OR MANAGER OF THE OTHER PLACE WAS RUDE TO HER ON THE PHONE, WE DECIDED TO GO WITH GANCY SINCE THERE WAS NO OVERHEAD WITH HIM. HE WAS THE GUY TALKING TO US ON THE PHONE AND THE GUY WHO WOULD BE DOING THE WORD. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THAT ABOUT HIS BUSINESS MODEL.

WE WERE ABLE TO GET GANCY TO INSPECT OUR ATTIC LITERALLY THE NIGHT AFTER WE HEARD SCRATCHING SOUNDS COMING FROM IT. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND TACKLED THE ISSUE RIGHT AWAY...LADDER AND CAMERA IN HAND! RATS! ACTUALLY, MICE LOL. HE DID A FULL 360 INSPECTION OF THE HOUSE AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THEY HAD COME THROUGH A SMALL OPENING IN THE BRICK WALL WHERE THE AC PIPE RAN. AMAZING! HE WAS ABLE TO DISCOVER THIS WITHIN A FEW MINUTES OF ARRIVING.

GANCY ALSO DID A THOROUGH CHECK OF THE FURNACE ROOM, GAT=RAGE AND THE KITCHEN. HE SAID THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF MICE THERE (WHICH WAS A RELIEF).

WHAT WE REALLY APPRECIATED IS HOW THOROUGH HE WAS EXPLAINING HOW THE MICE GOT UP THERE, THE WAY THEY STAY WARM BY TUNNELING UNDER THE INSULATION AND HOW THE CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS OF THE TRAPS HE SET UP WOULD KILL THEM AND "MUMMIFY" THEIR BODY. THIS DEFINITELY KEPT US AT EASE THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE FIXED.

IT WAS REALLY GREAT GETTING TO KNOW GANCY AND HIS PERSONAL STORY ABOUT GROWING UP IN INDIA, BECOMING A CHEMICAL ENGINEER (AMAZING!) AND MOVING TO CANADA AND THEN COMING INTO THE PEST INDUSTRY. HE KNOWS EVERY SINGLE THING YOU CAN ABOUT RODENTS, THEIR COMPOSITION, WHERE THEY LIKE TO GO, THEIR HABITS, AND THE DIFFERENT CHEMICAL TREATMENTS YOU CAN USE ON THEM. TRULY AN INSPIRING INDIVIDUAL AND STORY.

AFTER BONDING OVER SOME MATH TEACHINGS AND ANALOGIES OF MICE GETTING CREMATED LIKE THE HINDU RELIGION, HE QUOTED US A VERY FAIR PRICE FOR THE WORK AND KNOWLEDGE HE PASSED ON TO US (AND LOWER THAN THE BIGGER GUYS). HE ALSO SAID IF WE HEARD THE NOISES AGAIN THAT WE COULD GIVE HIM A CALL AT ANYTIME AND HE WOULD COME OVER TO TAKE ANOTHER LOOK.

WHAT IMPRESSED ME MOST IS HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS (IF WE DID REPEAT THEM) AND HE TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED TO TREAT IT (NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS). WE ASKED ABOUT FUMIGATION FOR THE BASEMENT BUT HE SAID THAT WOULD BE A WASTE OF MONEY AT THIS POINT.

OH HE ALSO MAN-HANDLED A WASP NEST OUTSIDE, LMAOOO. THANK YOU GANCY!!!
