Worst company in Canada . . Never repaired my dryer . Took the entire money . Agreed for refund of part money . Got the refund voucher signed about one year and six months back . But never refunded the money . Even after hundreds of reminders. Manager Michelle is the one entirely responsible.
Company should be taken to task .

Our 2.2 cu ft washer failed on October 31. Google listed them first. I called, and they sent a tech out November 2.
Without opening it up, he said the machine's drum support was broken and could not be fixed.
Offered to sell us a used washer/dryer set for $1100.
FIRST RED FLAG: "This can be a cash sale - no tax - you can trust us - you don't need a receipt"
I agreed to the purchase, but only with a receipt and I paid the tax. (They still charged $113 for the "service call")
They were delivered and installed on November 8. I was told there was a 21-day warranty for repairs.
At first, they worked fine. We soon found out the dryer would not heat up if we used “timed” dry. On “normal” dry, it would heat up, but the machine will not stop on its own.
On November 28, the washing machine failed with an F06 code. I called and they verified it was within the 21-day warranty. I told them both washer and dryer needed repairs.
A repairman came on Tuesday November 30. Without opening either one up, he said he would need to order parts for both, and would return another day.
Booked another appointment for Thursday, December 9 between 10am-12pm, no one ever showed up. Called after 12, was told my appointment was scheduled between 12-2pm. Called again after 2, was told they would look into it. No callback. Called again after 4, still no update. Finally they called to cancel the appointment, saying the employee was "ill". I asked why it took so long to find that out, they told me I was that tech's "only appointment for that day". When I angrily demanded to know why I was given a 12-2 appointment, they told me not to raise my voice at them. At that point I demanded a refund which they refused. No apology for missing my appointment.
Since I used up all my days off from work for these "appointments", they offered me another between 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, December 13.
Repairman showed up, after working on the washer, he claimed he replaced the motor and a circuitboard, but did not fix the dryer. He said he needed to order parts for it, and would return (he claimed he was not informed the dryer needed parts as well). He showed me the F06 code was now gone.
Tried the washing machine for the first time on Saturday December 18. The washing machine would not spin dry. The clothes stayed soaked.
Called again. They would not send a repair tech out "until the parts for the dryer arrived".
Called between Christmas and New Year's, was told "parts were on back order due to the holidays".
At that point I gave up. We had been without at-home laundry for 2 months. Since we had saved our original dryer, I purchased a new washer ($1200). Threw out the defective washer and dryer.
They called on Jan 3 to inform me "the parts should arrive shortly and they can now book another appointment". I told them I no longer trusted their company and threw out their garbage machines. They told me "we will update our records". No apologies, no attempts to make it right. I hung up on her.
Original visit went well. If she was discovered and part ordered. Arrive the same day as I called for service.
Part came in fairly quickly. It was installed and dishwasher working again with one week.
My low rating is because as he was fixing the dishwasher he damaged the hardwood floor. These things happen, but the worst part is that he took a mat and covered up the scratches so I could not see them until he had left. Instead of just admitting he caused the damage he tried to hide it which is very unprofessional.
Never choose appliance repair their costumer service very unprofessional. They charge you x amount of money and they do not fix your problem
they keep pushing you so much and when it' s time for you get get a refund all they Do is not tell the truth to you oh the refund is in the mail ,oh
manager will call you and you never get a call . I've been calling their for over a year now trying to get my refund which they promise me but all the time they said oh the refund is in the mail for over a
year now .I would not recommend this company to anyone they are a bunch of unprofessional Please guys don't waste your money
We called because our oven door would not lock to allow for the self-cleaning function. Max showed up later that same day. It was a complicated service, but Max would not give up and persevered until he was able to fix the problem - even though the part was not longer available! My husband and I were very impressed with his work ethic and ability!
Called Express repair to fix my GE washing machine
Didn't have the correct part so ordered. Took 5 business days.
Guy replaced and left. One load later ... machine not working.
Customer service is horrible.
Took two weeks and now they are sending a repair man back to take out my replacement part and then they will issue a partial credit

Was impressed with their website / coupons and service call fee being waived if they did repair. The part for my dryer was $135. He charged me $265 for the install which took 45 mins. I had no correspondence from technician at all (at my tenants house) until the bill came. I contacted customer service and it was very poor. The woman would not budge - saying $448 was the price I apparently agreed to? I was not expecting $265 to install. I complained about them not discounting me $25 coupon and she agreed to reimburse. After a week of no reimbursement - I emailed her back. Now she replied - the service call was $290 and we already took the $25 off. I was completely shocked with this awful service and would NEVER use them again.
Company misrepresents its costs to you with a cost to diagnose the problem of $89 and if in the course of this diagnosis the problem is fixed then the price jumps to $250, as now they call it a fix. This flat fix rate is not disclosed when you book the diagnosis. The tech also tried to up sell for parts that were even needed. The whole thing is a massive rip off and almost double what a competitive company charges. I would recommend that you use anybody else.
THIS COMPANY HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The tech took one look at our dryer and said he couldn’t even touch it because he wasn’t certified to fix gas dryers which was not told to us before hand. When we called to figure something out the company sent us straight to collections despite many follow ups and would not return our emails. This company has no professionalism. Wish I had read the reviews before calling them.
