Express Appliance Repair

I purchased a stacking washer and drier at the beginning of April 2023. The unit didn't work and would not dry clothes. It has been replaced 3 times. Their technicians were out to see the unit and installed new parts. Their technicians told us that they always have problems with these older units. Unfortunately, the problem was never solved. After the third replacement, they promised that they would refund our money. I spoke with the owner,Igor Imas, on June 12 - Igor promised that we would receive a refund once the nonworking unit was picked up.
It has been over a month now and we are not getting any feedback about our refund. They are not returning our calls.
