After we bought our new home, we wanted an egress window put in before renovations were started to finish the basement. We had tight timelines and a couple of other considerations. Although busy at the time, he answered my questions and said he would get back to me shortly about our required short timeline. They were booked well ahead but he managed to get his team here in good time, realizing our situation. He was accommodating yet thorough. The job was done in no time; his team were personable and professional. The window lets in so much light, looks terrific and gives us peace of mind for the purpose it was intended for!
