Think Protection

Initially spoke few times with Mark the sales manager and then with the technicians, Fernando, Jan and Sansee, for the installation and activation. Really great service, explanation and patients. thanks

Phone support and help with installation and testing of the equipment which went pretty smoothly and effortless

Siva was very patient and friendly in helping me install the system over the phone. The adhesive on the sensor was very strong so I had to measure/plan ahead where the sensor was going to be or else it would've been hard to remove. The pinpad works from afar even in the garage however there are not enough indicators to show it has been armed or not unless the app notifies me on my smartphone. Overall, its a good system comparing to other companies. I suggest you get an (UPS) backup power supply for your internet modem in case there is a power outage.

the gentleman was very patient with me as he coached me on the phone on how to install the alarm system. He took his time and made sure everything worked correctly. Very polite and answered all of my questions, some of which might have been stupid questions. Great service.

Every employee from sales to technicians incredible, system very reasonably priced as is monitoring... several options offered whenever possible... easy installation as well... would recommend very highly to anyone at all

We have just installed a Think Protection system so it is hard to give a higher rating without having use of the system yet. The tech was great and walked us through the complete setup as well as answered all of our questions. We like the fact that you can expand the system when you want. So far I have had great service from sales and tech support and we are happy with our choice.

They guided me through the whole installation step by step check system thoroughly we're very courteous.

Bad and product does not work at all. Wake you up middle of the night every night for few times when nothing is going on!! Later customer service told you buy more product and it will solve your problem, bad bad

I read the reviews and seeing as most of them were positive, I decided to go with Think Protection.

After visiting the website and carefully choosing what I wanted, I ordered all the stuff and two days later... presto! everything was at my door. Can't beat that.

There were a couple of disappointments which I will dispel of right away.

1. There was a camera missing from my order with no mention anywhere of it being back ordered (which apparently was why it was missing). My wife called customer service that night and they were of no help whatsoever (note: don't call outside of business hours or I believe you may just be speaking to a call center).
2. The next day when I called to get the system activated, it took over 20 minutes on hold before someone answered the call.

Now for the good.

The person I spoke to (Sashigan Yogalingam) was very pleasant, knowledgeable & patient and a true pleasure to work with. We installed everything and he verified everything was working before hanging up with me. He actually managed to completely erase for me the two negative points mentioned above.

I've only had the system installed for a couple of days now, but the system seems to be working great. It was easy to install and easy to use.

Can't comment on the camera functionality yet (as I still don't have the back-ordered camera), but I may review that separately once I receive it. I'm hoping it's good as I've since added a second one to my order.

At this moment, I would definitely recommend Think Protection and you can't go wrong with the monitoring price.
