Im blown away from Alexs prompt response to my message and the way he handled the problem. He called me soon after I left a message, and accommodated an assessment service visit to assess my malfunctioning sump pump, accommodating to my availability. Diagnosed the problem (float issue, which I also suspected). He presented to me a couple of solutions. Then coordinated and linked me to a sump pump specialist who deals with the type of drainage system and pump that I have. Alex kept following
with me on progress of pump replacement and my

free, no obligation. Im extremely happy with the speedy fix of the issue, and impressed that all service people
