Im blown away from Alexs prompt response to my message and the way he handled the problem. He called me soon after I left a message, and accommodated an assessment service visit to assess my malfunctioning sump pump, accommodating to my availability. Diagnosed the problem (float issue, which I also suspected). He presented to me a couple of solutions. Then coordinated and linked me to a sump pump specialist who deals with the type of drainage system and pump that I have. Alex kept following with me on progress of pump replacement and my satisfaction. The initial assessment/service call was free, no obligation. Im extremely happy with the speedy fix of the issue, and impressed that all service people involved showed up on time and no surprising added cost at the completion of the job. I highly recommend!

When we renovated our basement we replaced an old small fireplace. They installed a large Montego fireplace instead and have been servicing it as needed. I had a minor issue (didn't know I had to replace batteries in the remote receiving unit). The company's owner replied immediately to my call and was available to troubleshoot this. It got fixed the same day. A year later we renovated the upper floor, and got this company to install 3 wall-mounted air-conditioning units in the bedrooms. Very happy! Much cheaper than the quote I've received from an Enbridge representative. I definitely recommend, and will keep working with this company. YNM, Toronto
