Had the crew from Boss Mechanical relocate the A/C - excellent work. Clean, professional, super courteous installers that clearly take pride in their work! I would highly recommended Boss for any HVAC or licensed gass work!

I contacted Boss through a referral from Next Plumbing. Carmine Spadafora, an owner, came out to personally assess. He provided a quote within 3 days. He was very pleasant and up-front, and the quote was very reasonable. His crew of two associates came out within the next two weeks and completed the job within 2 days.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: that as we hadn't discussed WHERE the Pex tubing which carried the hot water to the radiators was to be installed - and as I wasn't hanging over the crew as they installed - that in order to limit the amount of 90º angles (restricts water flow) they'd curved the tubing over the center of some walls. It was obtrusive and unattractive. I contacted Carmine and he directed his crew (who were very polite and responsive) to reinstall it as I wished, so the tubing ran down corners and was visually out of the way, plus will be easier to cover-over - - and though the reinstall was rather extensive, basically doubling their labour, there was no additional charge.

Was referred to Boss Mechanical by a contractor we used to fix our garage ceiling drywall. The problem was diagnosed;the builder had installed the exhaust pipe without glue, and a previous HVAC contractor failed to ensure a proper fitting and glue at the elbows. We had their team fix the leak from the hot water tank exhaust pipe in a professional and clean way. They had a sick call that day, and managed to get 2 of their technicians in the same day come in from Scarborough all the way into Milton. I appreciate it their help from reception to job completion, and would definitely use their services again.

I contacted BOSS Mechanical on a neighbour's recommendation to have my gas furnace checked over to make sure all was well. (It had been four years.) Since this was not am emergency call I was given an appointment one week out, which suggests -- a good sign -- that the company is kept very busy. The technician, (Colin), arrived within the time window I'd been given. He was extremely polite and friendly and gave the furnace a thorough going over. He let me observe, explaining things as he went along. Basically, everything was working fine, but he cleaned this and that and tested everything. He also checked my air and humidifier filters and recommended I change them more often which I know is sound advice. Altogether, I was impressed by the level of service and was pleasantly surprised that the bill was less than I'd expected. If Colin is a good representation of the level of service BOSS routinely delivers I have no hesitation in heartily recommended this company.
One little suggestion BOSS might like to consider -- something my regular electrician does -- is ask a customer for an email and/or mobile phone in order to send an appointment reminder. Also, if a technician is delayed, as can happen, it provides a convenient way to communicate this to the customer.

Water was leaking around my furnace forcing me to turn off my AC in the middle of another Toronto heat wave! Called Boss on a Sunday and they said they could have someone out likely on Monday late afternoon, sure enough their guy Alex was at my place by 1pm...very professional, checked the entire furnace, explained what needed to be done and took care of the repair without any issues. AC is now running perfectly and no more water leaking. Very reasonable priced - I would definitely use their services again.

Quick and efficient service! Pregnant wife and moving into a new build home, I needed air conditioning quickly! I was referred by a colleague from work and made the call right away. Within a couple days I had the unit installed and running. Clean install and hardware that will last. Will be recommending to others!

Another happy customer. Had my new over-the-range microwave installed by Boss Mechanical crew. Did an amazing job, showed up on time, work was quick and smooth. They even removed the existing extract fan/hood, adjusted the venting duct and fixed a new electrical plug with no issues. Knowledgeable, very friendly and exceptionally professional team.
