G&K Moving

Terrible experience with Gerry. I booked an appointment for him to come by and give an estimate on moving us. He asked if I could confirm the appointment a day ahead as he was busy and forgets stuff, that should have been my first clue. I did text him and he states he would message me late morning to confirm at time. Of course I waited and no message from him. I messaged again stating I needed to plan my day and he complained to me how he is now so busy with month end and it's his only day off but he would message me in a bit to confirm availability. Well he never did message me until 5pm after I waited all day on my only day off. When I told him I was disappointed and would consider my options he lashed out telling me he can't make everyone happy and good luck with my move. After some additional back and forth he then told me ok you win with a trophy emoji. I guess they are the cheapest movers for a reason, get what you pay for.

From the moment I contacted Gerry I knew the rest of the story.
Gerry and his Josh 1 & 2 team showed up on time, the way the cared my house before moving the stuff out to the truck was mind blowing, very organized team, fast and efficient.
Gerry was always available for suggestions and keeping us inform of the process. The unload process at the new home was even better.

I do strongly recommend G&K Period, great service, reliable, outstanding value and delightful customer service, seems like We knew Garry for long time. BEST MOVING COMPANY IN TOWN

G&K Moving is a smaller more personable company which we wanted for moving services. Rates are very reasonable and Jerry, Andrew and Josh did a fantastic job. The truck showed up on time, everything was moved in a timely manor and the team very friendly and professional. We underestimated the moving time and Jerry had no problem working longer to get the job done. We didn't like our fridge in the new home so Jerry set a date to come back and change fridges! What amazing service! We highly recommend G&K moving, the best in the city.
