The Cedar Guys

The Cedar Guys installed 60 feet of Eastern White Cedars May 31, 2019. They are doing beautifully as of July 7, 2020. If you follow their printed, detailed instructions to the letter, you cannot go wrong. They are so healthy, they are producing buds. So pleased with their courteous, no pressure, knowledgeable owner and staff. I will be ordering more.

I had 110 cedars planted by cedar guys and they did a fantastic job. They explained the best way to care for them and after a year they returned to replace any trees that died. I would highly recommend cedar guys.

We are very pleased with our new cedar hedge. It started with Matt explaining exactly what we would be purchasing. He answered all our questions quickly. After listening to our requests Terry and Cory planted the hedge precisely how we wanted it. They were courteous and professional and did excellent clean-up.

About two months ago, our neighbors cut down a few trees on their property that were providing great privacy between our property line. My wife and I really enjoyed the privacy so decided to install a cedar hedge. Seeing the incredible reviews about Cedar Guys, I reached out about having some trees delivered for 35 feet of hedging. Matt responded quickly, was extremely professional, and was able to meet all of our requirements. Truly cannot recommend this company enough.

The crew did a great job and was super fast. They did my whole fence line in one afternoon. The cedars look great and come with a 1 year warranty. I would recommend them to anyone. Timely response from the start.

What can we say that hasn't been said before? It is all true. We were amazed at how careful and caring they were when planting the trees. As everyone has said the response time for Matt was fantastic. Who wants to look at a boring fence when for just a bit extra you can look at a lush hedge. Great for resale value, and worth every penny.

Deciding on a company to plant a cedar hedge, should not be taken lightly. You need a company that knows what they’re doing. There are companies out there that will plant anything you ask of them, even if it’s not the right choice. Not The Cedar Guys. They know what works and what doesn’t. Since I’m not a tree expert, I greatly appreciated their knowledge and advice.

The crew that showed up to do the work were fantastic. They were extremely friendly and professional. When they were done, you’d never even know that a hedge was just planted. Every tree is standing tall at 90°. The hedge is so straight, they look like the guards at Buckingham Palace. Simply stunning!

Very impressed with service, quality of trees, and installation. Matt very prompt in correspondence, clear & concise. Planting crew exacting, carefully placing trees to their best advantage. Added sheep manure & bone meal for a good start. Took excess soil and sod away, raked area, had tarp on driveway to keep it clean. Beginning of November, and our trees are off to a great start ! I have already recommended them to another friend.

I needed a hedge at Sherkston Shores at the edge of the property . Matt responded very quickly to my inquiry. He was very professional and clear when and what he can do . He scheduled our appointment and accommodated our needs . On the day of planting, Paula and her helper were very knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. They heard what I asked for and understood exactly what I needed . They told me how to take care of the plants and were very friendly and helpful . It’s been great working with Matt and the team . The plants look amazing and I can’t wait to see how it will grow next year . Certainly recommend them for anyone needing a hedge .

Excellent and timely support. I asked for new trees, however I received advice as to how to care for the ones I currently as they didn’t need to be removed.
