The Cedar Guys

I cant thank The cedar guys enough for the unbelievable transformation they made to my backyard literally within hours. My yard became a green oasis!! I live next to a public thoroughfare and privacy has always been a very big issue. 10 foot cedars solved the problem instantly the smell is to die for!
Working with Terry and his team was absolutely fantastic!

This is the second time I ordered hedge from Cedar guys. These guys are honest, they do a great job and they honour their warranty. I had few trees die out after the winter and within a week, Matt sent his crew to replace them. I highly recommend the Cedar Guys for quality trees, wonderful crew and honouring their warranty with no hassle or issues.

Matt and the crew were amazing! Quick and efficient, patiently and thoroughly explained everything to us and were very responsive to emails. They planted about 50 trees for us and then we called them back for another 20 because we were so happy with them.
We love our new trees and would highly recommend!

The Cedar Guys is a fantastic company.
We had 110 cedars planted and they are thriving.

We had 45 Cedar Trees planted last year. 5 trees required replacement due to mortality. We informed The Cedar Guys and we were absolutely shocked and pleased that the replacement trees were planted within one week. This company stands behind its product and service and I highly recommend The Cedar Guys to everyone who is planning to install a Cedar Hedge.

Our neighbour had removed all the privacy along our back fence. We had used The Cedar Guys on two other occasions where privacy had been removed by other neighbours. Once again they were able to provide a great natural solution that would be in our control. They were responsive and very professional to deal with. The installation team worked hard even in the 40 degree heat and did an amazing job. Thank you to the entire team. Below shows the before and after.

Was looking to solve and issue with what our neighbor put on the fence between our properties. Found the Cedar Guys. The service and staff has been beyond what I expected. Along, with the referral of Andrew to do the prep work for the cedars to be planted. You will not be disappointed.

After writing this review Matt was able to figure out his crashed computer and lost emails had left several clients feeling like they were in the lurch. He quickly rectified the issue and replaced my tree.

I had 8 10 cedars installed last year June 2023. Matt insisted that they would be guaranteed for a year. Later on in the summer I saw that one of them was starting to turn brown emailed Matt several times he kept insisting to wait until this year. now he has completely ignored all of my request to come and replace the tree. Dont waste your money by your own trees plant them yourself. This guy is not going to honour his guarantee.

We highly recommend The Cedar Guys! Communication was excellent leading up to the job. The crew were very friendly and professional. They did such a great job prepping the soil, then planting our trees. The trees were healthy, and planted perfectly spaced. They mulched under the trees, then stayed to set up our watering system. We were left with detailed watering instructions & a full warranty as well.

My husband and I wanted to plant some cedars along our 110ft fence line for privacy. It didn't take long in our research to find out that Matt and his team are the best in the GTA. Matt was responsive, informative and very friendly. Every one of their crew we spoke to were professional, friendly and hardworking. On the day of, the crew got about a hundred 10ft trees planted within a few hours. They gave us clear and easy-to-follow instructions on maintaining the cedars. We've contacted Matt since planting to ask some questions, and Matt's responses were quick and helpful. We are so happy to have gone with the Cedar Guys, and we are looking forward to enjoying the cedars more and more as they grow over the years.
