Good service and very friendly technician. The technician completed the repair, tested it and walked me through what he did and showed me the successful test. After he left, I had a few other questions, so called the service number to leave him a message. He called me back within the hour and answered all my additional questions.

Our tech was extremely knowledgeable and competent regarding our Frigidaire glass top range. He tightened the loose handle that always seems to fall off when we have company. Also, he brought some touch-up paint for a worn spot on the top, and advised us on temperature issues and oven cleaning. Excellent service

Got an appointment same day for a dryer repair. That in itself was great enough for a good review. Plus the fact that the technician was precise in diagnosing the unit and install the replacement part. Fortunately it was only the fuse and not the board. Price was very fair as well. The cheapest among appliance repair service providers.

The technician was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. My refrigerator was diagnosed with a bad control board, it was fried due to power outage in our area. Thanks to same day repair they had this GE board in stock and was able to replace it and fix the fridge at the same day. Can’t be more happy.

Pleased with the repairman, who was quite intelligent. I was given a two hour window which he arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed my dishwasher within 30 min. I am happy with the service and super happy with the technician. Great job!

Courteous repair person. Called ahead when he knew he was going to be delayed arriving w/in my two hour service window. Came right in and got right on fixing my oven. Best part is he had what he needed to fix my oven in ONE stop. LOVE the service I received!!

I called for my washer. I was surprised when John showed up to do the service call. The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and called ahead to let me know he would be at my house within 10 min. I was completely satisfied with the service and he didn't try to sell me anything!

Two nice gentlemen arrived to replace the wheel section on the upper rack. They thought they were only here to inspect the dishwasher, but I had requested repair. But they jumped on it and got it done. The parts had been ordered and were at hand and they did the work in no time. In fact, they inquired about all my Kenmore appliances and warned me that my dryer might need to be cleaned due to lint buildup inside. The dryer has been in place for at least 7 years and never serviced so I elected to have it done. I will set a reminder to contact Same day appliance repair about future cleanings. I was very pleased with the service, and didn't mind the upsell at all. I would have tipped them but found my wallet short that day.

The repair and service man were great. He did a great job and was very professional. It took a day to get the part for my refrigerator and the following day it was ready to use.
