I had the pleasure to work with Wes and his team (Justin and Cooper) to renovate my main bathroom on the second floor. We had a bit of issue with finishing the project on time but they were very professional throughout and always kept me inform. I have already recommended them to my family and friends and hopefully next summer we plan to renovate the basement (bathroom and laundry room).

Easily the most professional, courteous and skilled company we have ever worked with. Wesley and his team are truly committed to doing things right, and go above and beyond with virtually every aspect of the project.

After a major renovation with another contractor, my wife and I noticed water coming into our home in a number of locations. One Way did a thorough inspection of the exterior of our home and found a number of difficiencies with our siding and drip caps which were resulting in waste actually being diverted into the house as opposed to away from it.

While it was a hard pill to swallow that we need to invest in significant repairs, the team was truly a pleasure to work with, and the quality of workmanship was second to none.

I recommend One Way without hesitation and we will absolutely with them again for future projects.

After doing a great job on our guest bathroom, we hired Wes and crew to redo our master ensuite, including switching our master bedroom with another bedroom that was also adjacent to the ensuite.

Wes had some problems with project and budget management on this project, but he came through for us and made things right. In particular he had to deal with some of the sins of the past from a previous renovation that was just not done the way it should have been. In the end, the project looks spectacular -- better than any master retreat I have ever seen. Not only does his crew do a great job, but they are just really nice people.

Even as a picky client, I was very pleased with the attention to detail on this job. Thanks!
