I recently had the pleasure of hiring OneWay Construction for a significant home renovation project, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the team demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and professionalism.

We hired Oneway Structural and Construction to do a full house renovation for us. From the start, I was impressed by the Principal, Wesley, and his practical and honest approach to the job. They provided a very detailed cost estimate more so than some of the other competitors which was reassuring to us that they understood the project and the building codes. They provided project design work, in 3D dimension, up front and offered cost saving recommendations which was a tremendous help as we were uncertain on some points. Their pricing was competitive and the quality of the work was top notch, paying meticulous attention to the smallest details. They were very flexible and accommodating with integrating some changes that we requested mid stream during the project.. Lastly, we really appreciated the way they always kept the site straighten out and clean and took trash to dump instead of us having to deal with a large dumpster on our property. We are very pleased with the way the project turned out to say the least. We highly recommend Wesley and his team and would definitely do business with them again!

I tell anyone who will listen how grateful I am to have worked with Oneway Construction for our project. Wes and his entire team go above and beyond to ensure that their clients feel supported, heard, and in-the-know. I am a big believer in the design-build process and the protections it offers to the homeowner, and I've been consistently impressed by the beauty and function of our design as well as the team communication. I'd give Oneway 10 stars if I could!

The team at Oneway is always professional and puts its customers first. We have worked with them on multiple projects and they are a cut above the rest. They reply quickly, do great work, and support their team very well. I will be tackling another big project soon and will be using Oneway again.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. I was afraid of touching the structural aspect of my house but Wesley and the team at Oneway really helped ease my worries. I'm very satisfied and happy we went with Oneway for this project. Their expertise and care is impressive and I wouldn't hesitate using them again. 100% recommend.

From a technical standpoint, they know what they are doing. We did two projects with Oneway that had structural elements and they delivered high-quality work in both cases. Until recently I would have (and did) recommend them. But recently city inspectors are asking about the permits for one of the jobs - apparently there is still an open permit for this work. My first thought was that this was merely a paperwork issue - wouldn't be the first time the city has lost paperwork. But after dozens of attempts to contact Oneway (email, voicemail, Facebook) they've not given us the time of day.

In my files I have a 10-year warranty certificate issued by Oneway for the work they did. But what good is a 10-year warranty if you can't get hold of the company behind the warranty?

UPDATE: the day after I left this review, they contacted me. Shame I had to resort to an online review to get them to pay attention. But they've since gone radio silent again. So...it's still very much unresolved.

We had a project done and the workers were great. They covered everything and their craftsmanship was on point.
I would highly recommend this company.

Wes and his team were friendly, attentive and professional. They stuck to the quote and even finished ahead of schedule. They also took extra care to help preserve an ornamental ceiling, which I was really concerned about. Overall very happy w their service and would recommend to others.

We are so happy that we found Oneway Structural and Construction! We started with a long list contractors but glad we chose One way for our project, they were the most responsive to our initial questions and request for a bid, that ultimately our decision to use them was easy. We used them to add an addition to our house, remodel the kitchen and add a mudroom/powder room.

A few things really set them apart. First, they were and are so incredibly responsive. Some of the contractors I was given from friends were hardly responsive enough for me to get a consult or a bid. Almost all the other contractors we met with never even followed up with us after providing a bid. That really shocked me considering how much money we were investing in our house. Even now, I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to Oneway if I had a question.

Secondly, Wes came up with several creative and cost-cutting ideas to help me achieve the look I wanted. The end result is beautiful and we love our new addition and kitchen. Investing in our home and using Oneway was the best decision we couldve made.

Lastly and most importantly, they are truly a kind, decent, hard-working company! When you hire a contractor to do work in your home, you are inviting them into your life for an extended period of time. I didn't take it lightly that whoever we hired would be in and out of my house for months, interacting with my kids and creating a space that my family would enjoy for many, many years ahead. 

Downsides? We experienced a couple of delays, but that was more due to outside companies and not Oneway (the gas company needing to move our meter was a huge frustration) Again, Wes and his crew never left us hanging or were delayed in responding to our questions or concerns.
