Plumbing review in

Noticed washing machine not working and suspected frozen water pipes. Contacted Val at 6:30am today. He promptly responded and asked for some pics to be sent then performed basic diagnostic on the spot.
Mr. Alex Sarapanovschii (Master Plumber, a personable gentleman) arrived ahead of schedule, thawed pipes, found bursted section with surgical accuracy (it's buried behind the dry wall so I don't know how he did it), and replaced the defective section , all within the hr.
Highly recommended.
