Noticed washing machine not working and suspected frozen water pipes. Contacted Val at 6:30am today. He promptly responded and asked for some pics to be sent then performed basic diagnostic on the spot. Mr. Alex Sarapanovschii (Master Plumber, a personable gentleman) arrived ahead of schedule, thawed pipes, found bursted section with surgical accuracy (it's buried behind the dry wall so I don't know how he did it), and replaced the defective section , all within the hr. Highly recommended.

Jay and his team did a fantastic job on our stairwell. The crew is professional and friendly. The cost is very reasonable compare to other contractors and their craftsmanship is beautiful. We are very happy with the service Jay's team provided. Awesome work folks! Highly recommended!
