I have been with Globaltek Security for last 2 years and haven't had a single issue whether it was Sales, after sales service or invoicing. To start with Lee has been amazing and true towards every word he spoke and committed when signing me up. Lee also made sure that my needs were well looked after even though it meant absorbing some cost just for the sake of excellent customer service. Brian from the service made my experience even more memorable as he spent so much time and effort installing a keypad for me at a place which was very tough. He never made me feel that he is spending lot more time than he would installing a keypad. A cherry on the cake was that he installed that extra keypad for me and still smiled and didn't show any signs of frustration. Lee made the experience even sweeter by not charging me anything for the extra effort and time put in by Brian. The after sales service has been top notch. I required support on 2 occasions and each time Lee and his team responded promptly and addressed my needs promptly and efficiently. I strongly recommend anyone looking for Security systems to go with Globaltek and whatever Lee will commit he will stand by it. I am a very happy customer and feel lucky to have signed up with Globaltek.

GlobalTek came in and upgrade our complete security alarm system to a wireless security system along with new key pads, fire alarm and door bell camera system. From the quote to the completed work, this was all done in a professional fashion along with full explanation of the complete operation and function of both the security and door bell camera. Their technician came in and was very polite. He explained how the systems would work and was extremely helpful. Before leavung he walked me through arming and disarming the system and he showed me how to work the surveillance system as well. He set me up on my cell phone to be able to arm and disarm from my phone! So simple he made it seem! Was very thankful for all the time he gave making sure I understood their products! Went out shortly after he left and wouldnt ya know!!! I successfulluly armed my system!
