Their technician came in and was very polite. He explained how the systems would work and was extremely helpful. Before leavung he walked me through arming and disarming the system and he showed me how to work the surveillance system as well. He set me up on my cell phone to be able to arm and disarm from my phone! So simple he made it seem! Was very thankful for all the time he gave making sure I understood their products! Went out shortly after he left and wouldnt ya know!!! I successfulluly armed my system!
