We purchased our carpet, underlay, Luxury Vinyl Tile, and tiles for the kitchen backsplash from Prosource. Prices were very reasonable, products were as shown, and were in on time in good condition. Orion (staff member) was very helpful with suggestions on how to choose and showing us our options. He was patient with our taking many months to make decisions as well as flexible in letting us keep samples until we had a completed plan for coordinating all finishes to do a full renovation. He also responded fully to the president of our condo boards questions concerning the LVT. I was very pleased and satisfied with Prosource's services. I couldn't have asked for more.

Pro Source has competitive pricing and exceptional selection of flooring! However the staff were not helpful and I had to call them numerous times to found out when my order would come it. Also they are not flexible with returns.
