Ryan has done an excellent job installing the tankless system and water softener in our home recently, the quote we received is the price we paid he was up front with all costs and there were no hidden extras as you sometimes get with other companies. Both himself and his associate were very respectful and courteous whilst on site and if we had any questions during the process Ryan was more than happy to explain in detail what we needed to know. His product knowledge and recommendation for our home was outstanding and we felt very comfortable and confident in choosing Ryan for the job we would highly recommend X-Stream Plumbing to anyone. The city came out to inspect Ryan's work for permit reasons and commented a few times on what an excellent job had been done.

Ryan made us a priority when my hot water tank died right before Christmas. Installed a new tank quickly and efficiently.
After Christmas I woke up to a cold house. Ryan came and repaired the furnace and only installed what actually needed to be replaced to make the furnace work and called to check on us the next day! Excellent service.

Called Ryan Fredrickson this morning as my furnace was blowing cold air and after he troubleshooted with me on the phone we were able to figure it was the igniter and flame sensor. I texted Ryan the Serial Number and Model Number of my furnace to save him time to go get the parts and to come here and complete the fix. Ryan showed up and was on time and was very personable and explained everything he was doing while he was fixing my furnace. Ryan even gave me pointers on things I could do to help prolong the life of my furnace. I was extremely impressed with how personable and how reasonable Ryan's rates were.
