Al and his son are top notch! Exceptional service. I have used them many times over the years .. installed new Ac unit a new furnace and new boiler system. Al is very knowledgeable and is happy to pass on tips so the homeowner can do the little maintenance that will prolong the life of your equipment. Best installation ! You can but the best furnace and AC unit but if you don’t get it properly installed it’s worthless! I have recommended them to numerous friends and family .. who are just as pleased and continue to use them. Amazing company!

Best service ever! AC stopped working on Canada Day! and while some companies claimed they offered 24/7 service it was only specifically to their already established clients. I was really fortunate for Comfort Systems to call me back at 11:20pm on Canada day! Thank you guys!!!!

I called Ali and was able to set up an appointment with 3-4 days. Service was prompt and courteous. Charges were reasonable. Will definitely continue to use them in the future as well.

On July 16, 2020, in the midst of an Ottawa heatwave, we discovered that the AC Unit in our triplex income property was in need of significant repair.
I immediately call Ali at Comfort Systems and realizing the urgency of the situation, he and his team were on site within a couple of hours with a new AC system, and ready for the install.
I have been a customer of Comfort for nearly 20 years. I own and maintain multiple properties in Ottawa, and Ali and his team always provide timely assessment and service when called upon.

The best refrigeration guy iv seen in town keep it up ali hope your son can be like you one day. Very hard working father and son team these guys stayed till 12 am just to get the roof top running.

These guys are honest, knowledgeable, professional. I was so impressed with the amazing workmanship. They explained everything they were doing and with the units. They were very polite, cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get work done as these guys really know what they are doing. The experience really shows in their work.
