On July 16, 2020, in the midst of an Ottawa heatwave, we discovered that the AC Unit in our triplex income property was in need of significant repair. I immediately call Ali at Comfort Systems and realizing the urgency of the situation, he and his team were on site within a couple of hours with a new AC system, and ready for the install. I have been a customer of Comfort for nearly 20 years. I own and maintain multiple properties in Ottawa, and Ali and his team always provide timely assessment and service when called upon.
