I needed a foggy sealed unit replaced. I also wanted to have the glass caulking on my remaining 25 windows (29 years old) removed and replaced before I had the window frames repainted. Mickail promptly provided an estimate to do this work which was very fairly priced compared to his competitors.

Mickail is very easy to work with and makes a point of explaining exactly what he is going to do for you. He also provides free advice on what you should ask of follow-on contractors (for example, the
painters coming to paint the window frames after he did the re-caulking).

I ordered the door from another company, waited months for it and kept complaining about the not getting the door. Finally Okasper Home service called and said they were installing the door. He came and installed it quickly and it works perfectly and looks great.

Windows were originally installed incorrectly by a different contractor. Plaster came and made it right. Based on the work they did I felt they were underpriced so I gave them more. They earned it. Thanks okasper!
