Most of the job was done okay but it took about 2 weeks longer than it should have. our control box is n our basement and we found that one of the technicians had been going through some personal items of one of our guests. The crew took very long breaks, of 30 to 60 minutes. when the supervisor was not on the job they would sit and talk on their phones.
on zone was not done properly and I was going to hold some money back but Andrew said his wife was leaving him and convinced me to pay him in full and he would come back and correct the deficiencies. they also really messed up some lighting. Now he won't return calls or keep appointments to fix the problems.

Hello Wayne. Unfortunate for you to feel that we did not perform for you. The original request was for us to come there to repair and reset the poor installation done by another company as it was not functioning adequately. Yes, the project was delayed due to weather but that is out of our control. We understand there were issues with the supervisor on site and when you informed us we addressed the issue and that person is no longer with us. We were only contracted to repair certain areas and zones on your property and we did not install your original system. It seems unreasonable to use this homestars platform to air out your contractors' personal life situation - more-so stretching and embellishing the truth of it. We hope you find someone willing to fulfill your needs but perhaps not as this took place over two years ago.
