I contacted the repair team as my fridge has stopped cooling. The technician was on site the next day. After inspecting the fridge he indicated that it was a minor fix and that no major parts needed to be fixed (e.g. compressor). He told me that the fridge was fixed after about an hour and advised that I would need to wait a while before it started to cool.
The next day I called and advised that the fridge was not cooling - was advised that the technician had recorded that the compressor would need to be replaced in order to be fixed and that I had refused it; customer service said that I had misunderstood the technician - but I know what was said. They offered to come out to fix the compressor - I suspect that was the plan from the start - to charge me for two service calls. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone - not reliable and poor customer service.
