Here are pictures of the start of the year and the end . We also had a $800. Water bill because they said it’s was the drought, they burned the grass and it never recovered and then they won’t return phone calls or emails

On April 12 the Trugreen service man left an invoice in my door and a sign on my front yard indicating fertilizer had been applied. As in the past I paid the invoice immediately via online banking.

Here's the problem :

I am retired and was home working on personal paperwork and didn't see the technician at all from my patio doors. When checking the lawn, I saw no evidence that fertilizer had been applied.

Phoned Trugreen to identify the problem and the person I talked to was very unprofessional and unecessarily argumentative .

I asked her to have the manager contact me on this matter. It is now 10 days later and I have not heard anything from Trugreen management. What gives? ?

IMPROPER BUSINESS PRACTICE.... The Sales guy came up last year and signed up for Buy One Get One service... He never mentioned about they you that the offer is valid only if you sign up for 2017. Now that 2017 is in, i receive a letter from the company stating they will be starting the service soon... i called in why... they said your contract is for 2017 as well as you got BOGO offer... When questioned, the Supervisor says if you cancel you will be required to pay for the service last year which was given for free... as per them i should have knowlegde of it and since they were not present at the time of signing-up they cannot validate what was told and have to hold on to their company policy and i will have to pay....
DO NOT SIGN-UP ANY SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY...

Trugreen service and products are terrible. They think it's ok to have tons of different weeds in a 10x13 area. The GM can't handle a customer complaining for a service that they were supposed to provide. He seems to think it's fine and defended his staff for not doing their job. I was home on 2 occasions and they were at my house for no more then 15 min, one person was on her phone instead of looking at what she was supposed to be doing like getting rid of all the weeds. And she was supposed to be a senior tech ... I watched her miss all the weeds cause instead of looking down at the ground where the grass is ... She was on her phone. Not to mention that they also burnt my lawn ... and every time someone came out they could look at one issue not both issues burnt lawn and weeds... And everytime they came out each person reported something different about the problems with my lawn. It goes all the way to the top the GM was totally incompetent... He too could only deal with one thing ... Well really he dealt with nothing.

We gave them many chances since September 2015 until now In August of 2015 to resolve our issues and they didn't. Still haven't cause they don't know what they are doing!!!!!!

Do not use this company they are not lawn experts. I could do a better job and won't burn my lawn like these so called experts. I find it funny that on their website they only show good comments when all over the web tons of people are not satisfied.

This company will take your money and leave you with nothing to show for it! Be very careful when booking with them... they are poorly run and will leave an invoice but no evidence of any service performed. Horrible and very disappointed.
