On April 12 the Trugreen service man left an invoice in my door and a sign on my front yard indicating fertilizer had been applied. As in the past I paid the invoice immediately via online banking.
Here's the problem :
I am retired and was home working on personal paperwork and didn't see the technician at all from my patio doors. When checking the lawn, I saw no evidence that fertilizer had been applied.
Phoned Trugreen to identify the problem and the person I talked to was very unprofessional and unecessarily argumentative .
I asked her to have the manager contact me on this matter. It is now 10 days later and I have not heard anything from Trugreen management. What gives? ?
