I recently had an emergency situation with my roof leaking into my newly renovated bathroom. Lee from Rain Ready Roofing was awesome. He gave me a fair quote, came back to tarp off the damaged area and even rearranged his schedule to get the roof replaced ASAP. He was reliable, punctual and kept to the estimate. His team was fast and my yard looked cleaner than before. I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend Rain Ready Roofing. Thank you Lee!!!

Lee and his great team re-shingled my mom's roof in Oct. 2018. Lee was very courteous and honest - called when he said he would, returned calls, and answered all our questions - so great to deal with! When the job started, he was punctual and on top of everything. The clean-up was immaculate and the roof looks great. Would whole-heartedly recommend him!

Back in May 2018, both my neighbour and I had our roofs badly damaged from the wind storm and a week later from the wind and ice storm. We both ventured to find a roofer who would come and fix our roofs. I called several companies and some returned calls and others were busy. I did manage to get someone on the phone who stated they would come on a Saturday to patch up the roof. However, this person never showed. My neighbour already made arrangements with Lee for that Saturday. I spoke to Lee and he also fixed my roof that day. He gave me a quote and booked an appointment date to fix the roof. He never cancelled and did a beautiful job. Since May the roof has withstood several wind storms and I am so pleased.

In addition, in August I had a pesty squirrel do a small amount of damage at the peak of the roof. Lee was working in the neighbourhood and I briefly spoke to him about the roof. When I came home that night, it was fixed.

I have referred him to my mother who had her roof redone 10 years ago and since then has had trouble with major water leaks. The inside ceiling was damaged in several places. It was Lee who confirmed that the ice shield was never put in and this is something my mother would never have known about. Lee has redone the roof properly and guess what no leaks.

Lee fixed the section of roof and replaced part of plywood which was rotten. Also changed the attic vent. Everything was done in a timely manner and professionally and very happy with the work done. I already referred him to few friends and they were happy with him as well. He commented that he is honest too as I found him.

Right from the get go Lee was professional and provided an honest assessment of my roofing needs. We decided to replace the shingles, couple of damaged plywood and to add new ventilation - turbine vents. What was important to me was for the job to get done “right”. And I couldn’t have found a better company. On the day of the job, there was a crew of 7-8 people that showed up on time, worked hard through the day, and did not cut any corners. Lee provided the best value for money and I’m extremely happy with the final product and their workmanship.

Lee is polite and professional. He always picks up phone calls, even after the windstorm we had several months ago. After the windstorm, Lee was very busy but he still came and did a temporary fix of my damaged roof right away to prevent water damage to the house even though we decided to install new roofing shingles. The new roof looks fantastic and has been holding up very well. Thanks Lee! I referred my friends and they are happy with their new roof as well! Rain Ready Roofing is more than a company, feels more like a friend, Last year I got a new roof and from my interaction with Lee on the phone I knew that I had chosen the right company. Being a single woman I am always skeptical when dealing with tradesman but Lee definitely looked out for my best interests and eliminated all my worries.
