Back in May 2018, both my neighbour and I had our roofs badly damaged from the wind storm and a week later from the wind and ice storm. We both ventured to find a roofer who would come and fix our roofs. I called several companies and some returned calls and others were busy. I did manage to get someone on the phone who stated they would come on a Saturday to patch up the roof. However, this person never showed. My neighbour already made arrangements with Lee for that Saturday. I spoke to Lee and he also fixed my roof that day. He gave me a quote and booked an appointment date to fix the roof. He never cancelled and did a beautiful job. Since May the roof has withstood several wind storms and I am so pleased.
In addition, in August I had a pesty squirrel do a small amount of damage at the peak of the roof. Lee was working in the neighbourhood and I briefly spoke to him about the roof. When I came home that night, it was fixed.
I have referred him to my mother who had her roof redone 10 years ago and since then has had trouble with major water leaks. The inside ceiling was damaged in several places. It was Lee who confirmed that the ice shield was never put in and this is something my mother would never have known about. Lee has redone the roof properly and guess what no leaks.
Lee, thank you for all you have done. I still have your sign on the front lawn until the snow comes. Job well done. Christina
