Received referral for Fai from where we purchased our piano and have been using his piano tuning ever since. He takes his time to ensure the piano has been tuned properly. He is friendly and pleasant. Cost depends on where you are located.

Took good amount of time to tune piano. Explain how to take take care and humidity control that need to be maintained. Took 1.5 hour to properly tune piano and tested to ensure all sounds were correct.
