Last night I had a leak in the basement ceiling. I no idea of where the water was coming from. This afternoon I called protex plumbing, a gentleman by the name of Max came to my rescue. He was professional, knowledgeable(found the leak from the fridge) and friendly. I would recommend protex plumbing to my friends .

Called us quickly and provided next day service. Showed up on time and performed good quality of work. I would call Roy again for our home plumbing needs. We are very pleased.

Roy is fantastic. I had called him for a second opinion on my basement plumbing issue and he was right on time and spent 30 minutes walking me through what will work, and most importantly, what wont. He was exceptionally honest and knowledgable, and it was more than obvious he was a master of his trade. He also saved me $1000 for a fix the first plumber had quoted me on, that very clearly would not have worked. If I had not called Roy, and just proceeded with the first plumber, I would have had a catastrophe on my hands that would have cost me thousands more. I will never hesitate to refer him to absolutely anyone looking for a professional plumber, he was awesome.

Finished showering this morning, walked downstairs only to hear the sound of water drops falling on the floor from the ceiling above. Made an emergency call to Roy an Protex plumbing. 15 minutes later one of Roy’s plumbers was at my door. Quickly ruled out a leak and identified the problem as old caulking. Hour and a half later the shower had been recaulked and my anxiety subdued. Excellent responsiveness. Excellent customer service. Great work. And a price i would call more than fair.

Amazing service. I contacted Protext Plumbing and within 30 minutes Roy was at my residence. He diagnosed and fixed the issue with ease.

Repair of two kitchens plumbing plus taps plus knowledge and respect for the interior meter replacement.Obtaining the township for attendance in locating main valve shut off and turn on. Pleasant attitude and friendly atmosohere was amazing also the fact of having the knowledge and product at hand for this older home.

I unexpectedly came home to a flooded basement due to a leaking hot water tank that was only 4 years old. My husband would usually be the person to take care of a job like that, but he was away. I was referred to Protex by another company and I was very please with the referral. I spoke with Roy, who was very helpful and was willing to come over that day to look at my tank. It was a tough job and he saved me possibly thousands by trying to fix the issue vs simply telling me to buy a new tank. On the job I was impressed with the way he handled himself. He was very courteous, honest about the work he was doing, didn't mind me looking over his shoulder (lol). He talked me through everything he was doing, pointed out things to look out for in the future and how to avoid further issues. He also cleaned up after the work was completed. I would definitely hire him again (if the husband is away again). Thanks Roy!

My bathtub tap wouldn't turn off. I called 3 places and was recommended to Roy at protex plumbing. He returned my call within 5 minutes on a Friday afternoon and by 5:30 pm the problem was completely fixed! He was quick and very nice. Would highly recommend!

We had a few jobs needing attention (one toilet not shutting off, another was slow to fill, one water shutoff valve didn’t work, and two bathroom faucets needed replacing).

Max showed up on time despite the snowstorm, and made quick and efficient work of all our jobs. He knew his stuff, and was able to pinpoint the source of our problems without too much effort. He was also respectful and left our home clean.

Amazing and fast service from Protex Plumbing. Shout-out to Max, who is such a trooper. He worked so diligently to unclog our sewer drain. I will not hesitate to recommend this company. They are 5 stars!!!
