I unexpectedly came home to a flooded basement due to a leaking hot water tank that was only 4 years old. My husband would usually be the person to take care of a job like that, but he was away. I was referred to Protex by another company and I was very please with the referral. I spoke with Roy, who was very helpful and was willing to come over that day to look at my tank. It was a tough job and he saved me possibly thousands by trying to fix the issue vs simply telling me to buy a new tank. On the job I was impressed with the way he handled himself. He was very courteous, honest about the work he was doing, didn't mind me looking over his shoulder (lol). He talked me through everything he was doing, pointed out things to look out for in the future and how to avoid further issues. He also cleaned up after the work was completed. I would definitely hire him again (if the husband is away again). Thanks Roy!
