I was recommended Protex for my basement project by a friend in the industry. Max and Roy were very professional both in their communications and in their work.
Before starting the work, Roy was very responsive and helpful, which I find very important when choosing a contractor.
Max came to our house and his work was impeccable. The city inspector even praised the quality of the rough-in.
Roy was also very flexible in accommodating our custom bathroom design and did an amazing job given the amount of space provided.
I would absolutely recommend Protex for any plumbing job.

Our upper level bathroom faucet having no shut off valve blew @ 2 AM on a Sunday. In the time it took to find the main shut off valve (having never had to use it), we had a mini flood that leaked down into our living room and basement. It was a terrible and stressful ordeal. First thing Monday morning, I started calling around to different pluming companies, frustrated to find out that no one could accommodate our emergency situation. Luckily, I was able to receive a referral to Protex. Roy agreed to add us on to an already very busy schedule, and provide a service call that same day. Roy was extremely professional, well prepared, very personable and expertly skilled. He replaced the faucet including 2 valves for future preparedness, and was out the door within one hour and very reasonably priced. I will call Roy directly for all my pluming and gas needs from now on, and recommend everyone else do the same. I could not ask for anything better. I cannot thank you enough, Roy; amazing job!

Great service by Protex plumbing. We were having issues with out basement drain. Max came to inspect the plumbing and while here also quoted on a few other fixes around the house. Max returned to find a cost effective solution for our drains as well as installed a new bathroom vanity, faucet, new shower/tub faucets and fixed some other leaks around the house. He did a great job and was efficient and clean. We are very happy and will definitely call them for any issues in the future. Thanks Max!

I called with an emergency water issue. Roy was extremely helpful and resolved my issue within a few hours. Very knowledgeable and reliable. It was a pleasure doing business with Protex Plumbing. Very reasonable prices.

I called regarding a leak. They come the next morning to fix. Efficient and friendly staff. Knowledge and informative. They had a work in very tight spot and did their best to make as little mess with tiles and drywall as possible. One little piece of soldering came lose a couple days later as they were working in a tight spot, Roy came in 30 minutes after hours on a Friday night to fix. I take comfort that they did wonderful work but also stay behind their work.

Hired Roy as a subcontractor to do the plumbing for me on a washroom Renovation. His guy Max did a great Job. I have recently hired them again for a larger plumbing job on a basement renovation.

I am on a well system and woke up to no water. A representative came out right away and diagnosed the issue and willing to fix the problem as soon as possible. Excellent customer service and very informative. I highly recommend this company!

My husband called Roy about the tap in the bathtub running. The repair needed to be done through a wall and they suggested going through the bedroom wall instead of creating a more expensive repair going through the tiled bathroom wall.
Max came, got it done - and to our relief we don't need to do a drywall repair as he was able to install a spring loaded access panel that will be available for any future repairs as well. Roy stopped by to check in and he also gave us great information about a future bathroom Reno, he saved us from going in the wrong direction.

I called PROTEX with a clogged toilet that the plunger couldn't solve and they had a guy in the area (Max) and so he was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. Max was great - super friendly and cleared up thye problem using an auger! I will definitely be calling PTOTEX for any of my future plumbing needs!

I needed new plumbing pipe work for an under mounted sink. Roy received my phone call and assured me that an associate could come over the same day, which made me very happy. Max showed up to my house and did an excellent job, in a speedy fashion, without sacrificing quality. I appreciated how both gentlemen made the process really convenient for me from start to finish.
